The objective of this school project was to create a variety of either wine labels or hot sauce labels. As a fan of spicy foods, I chose hot sauces.
I wanted this to be a fun and eye-catching project with custom illustrations for each sauce. Rather than using text to convey the level or spice, I used a horizontal thermometer.
To finish the project, I mocked-up all 4 labels using a stock image. I modified the colors of the hot sauces to match closer with the labels, and as “garnish”, I added a photo of each type of pepper corresponding to each sauce bottle.
